1. What types of products do you offer?
We specialize in stylish and original t-shirts designed around major events and festivals — this is the core of our brand. Each piece reflects a unique vibe and is crafted to stand out.
In addition to our main collections, we also offer custom-printed textiles tailored to all kinds of occasions, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sports events, and celebrations. These can include t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more, with a minimum order of 5 items for personalized designs.
2. Can I upload my own design for printing?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Simply upload your design file during the order process or contact us via contact@printontex.com if you need help with the format or placement.
3. Do you offer design assistance?
Yes! If you're unsure about your design, our creative team can help with minor edits, resizing, or placement guidance. For extensive design work, additional fees may apply.
4. Is there a minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
Yes — we require a minimum of 5 items for any custom apparel order. This helps us ensure quality and consistency across your personalized products. Whether you're planning a special event or creating matching outfits for a group, we've got you covered.
General Information
1. What are the delivery times for a custom order?
For custom orders, please allow 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation to delivery.
2. What are the delivery times for our standard products?
In France, orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery is then made within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
3. Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Custom items are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos at contact@printontex.com.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, especially for custom orders, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
